Data Processing Addendum

This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) describes how Vedasva Systems processes personal data on behalf of customers using Nitiqo, and forms part of the agreement between us.

Roles

For customer data processed within Nitiqo, the customer is the controller and Vedasva Systemsacts as processor, processing data only on documented instructions.

Scope of processing

We process the categories of data and data subjects necessary to provide the Nitiqo platform, for the duration of the agreement.

Security measures

We maintain technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit and at rest, tenant isolation, access controls and monitoring, as described in our Trust Center.

Sub-processors

We use vetted sub-processors under written terms and maintain a current list available to customers on request, with advance notice of material changes.

Data subject requests & transfers

We assist customers in responding to data-subject requests and support lawful cross-border transfer mechanisms, including data-residency options for regulated and sovereign deployments.
